    Point Washington lot

If you are interested in purchasing a 1/2 acre lot in Point Washinton backed up to the State forest for $115,000 please contact me asap! This is my favorite part of this entire area!

It does touch the corner of the Pt Washington Cemetary, but other than that, I don't know. I like that area back there.

SJ Reminded me that it does not back up to State land. Still a great priced lot! I will give this less then a 5 day life span on the open market if lot checks out good (No wetlands).
