Well they could not have....they did not bathe daily like we do...did not wash their hair....did not have deodarant....ewwwwwww!

I do know that in the 1400, 1500 and so on....they used to wear rings on their fingers that would open up so you could put honey in them...so that the nasty bugs in your hair would crawl down your arm to your hand so you could squish them. yuck!
