Gulf Front or Gulf View rental for 8 needed for week of 6/17

I'm looking for either a week rental the week of 6/17 (Sun-Sun) or 6/20-6/24 (4 nights), but figure it'll be close to the same price for a week as 4 nights.

I would prefer something with a Gulf front or Gulf view and it needs to be pet friendly as I have one small dog that will be attending.. :)

We plan on having ~8 people so we need big enough for that.

I really like the Grayton beach area, but I'm pretty open to anything depending on the cost.

I also forgot to mention we have a budget of around $1500 for the whole week.

I'm still looking for someplace in the South Walton Beach area, but my requirements are a little different now. We will have 6-7 people and have a budget of about $1300 + taxes. Anyone have anything open? Needs to be pet friendly (little 10 lb dog who is house trained) and reasonable walking distance to the beach.

We could also do Mon or Tues-Sun if that would help make things any more in our price range..

I wish that would work but we need those specific dates to fit in the groups schedule (and we need to be able to have the small dog too :) ). Thanks for the offer though.

I hope that you manage to find something for those dates and at that price. Sounds like a challenge to me, since many places are booked for June and July from a year back and so few allow pets. Someone clue me in on rental rates here...is $1,300/week for a Gulf view place generally available? I'm not trying to be a wet blanket here, just didn't know such a thing existed anymore in SoWal.

I should have updated my post.. At this point we don't really need a Gulf front or Gulf view, but it does need to be reasonable walking distance to the beach. I figured I'd try and see if anything could work out on here.
