You are right the homes really are far above average. These homes are three story homes with Hardiplank siding and raised seam metal roofs and each have 3556 square feet with over 500 feet of private viewing balconies. The homes are situated on the South Lagoon and also have views of the Gulf of Mexico with deep water boating access. These homes are custom built with high end features such as, mahogany doors - hydraulic elevators - gas renaie endless hot water systems - commercial Chefs grade stainless appliances - granite countertops - three Jacuzzis - steam shower - private boat docks (complete with power,water,cable tv and telephone) - and much more.
