We are looking for a large long-term rental, lease or lease/purchase. Currently we own a home in Seagrove but need to move by the end of April. The home in Seagrove gives a good indication of what we need. We have 5 in our family with 2 small dogs(a Jack Russell and a Rat Terrier). We also operate an Internet based business from home. Our current home is 3,450 sq ft. 4BR, 4BTH, 15x17 theater, 15x17 workout room, 2 offices.

We need at least a 4/3 but ideally something that has room for 2 office areas, a media room, 4 bedrooms and has a 2 car garage, a pool or community pool, and in the 30A area.

However, we must make a decision on this within the week so we'll have to move on whatever is closest that we've found. Although the 30A area is ideal we've been looking from the Bay Loop area on the north side of the bay in Freeport to Mack Bayou, Point Washington, to any locations in the 30A area. Our biggest location requirement is that it's a within a reasonable distance of the kid's school's SWH and Seaside Neighborhood School.
