Need unfurnished long term rental in Seagrove Beach area. $1200/month or less. Prefer house but condo o.k. Starting new job in the area on August 15.
I have a small dog - stays inside, extremely well behaved.

We have a 2/2 1/2 townhouse in Seagrove on Eastern Lake with private boat dock available Sept 1. for $1250, water included. PM if interested.
