Need cheap last-minute.. Aug. 18-25

I know my chances are probably very small of finding what we're looking for.. but we've worked things out so we may be able to come down that week, if we can find a rental at the right price.
It's just me and hubby this year, so we are looking for a 1 BR (or even a studio would work), preferably south of 30-A. I just totalled my car 2 weeks ago (not my fault) and am still having back problems, so I don't want to walk too far.
We did find a 1 BR at Beachside condos for around $460 for the week, which would be fantastic except that it is third floor.. see aforementioned back problems.
So, we're looking for something around that price, but first or second floor, gulf-side, with a pool. Don't care about decor as long as it's clean and has a kitchen.. we're going cheaply this year so we're cooking dinners most nights.
I know that's probably wishful thinking, but does anyone know of a rental that might fit the bill? I hope we can work something out.. it's been a doozy of a year and I need my beach time!

Thank you! Could you tell me which building your condo is in? I'm trying to stay as close to the beach as possible. If I can't find something closer, though, I'll definitely consider yours! You have a beautiful place.

I have a clean, quality studio that was just vacated today. I want to have the area rugs cleaned, and a deep clean done. Laundry and TV included plus utilities. One block N of 30A. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, quiet neighborhood, under the canopy of the Grove. Walk to Gulf, Seaside, restaurants, etc. $350 for the week. (850)231-4523 Nan
