Nick Walton from Cafe Rendezvous is teaching a "hands on" sushi class at the Kitchenique Cooking School next Thursday 8/9/07 from 6-8p.m. Wine and Saki available and you'll get your own maki mat and eat what you roll!

I have always wished for someone near and dear to me to take that class and shower me with sushi. I guess I will have to put my own "hands on".

I went to a cooking class to learn how to make sushi and it turns out it's not that hard to make, just need to know a few techniques a buy one of those sushi rolling thingies. It's well worth taking the class.
