Needed- GulfFront Beach House for 2 Weeks

I would like to rent a beach front, really beach front, beach house for 2 weeks beginning mid-September thru mid-October. 3/4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths. Not a Condo. Beach house/Beach front. 10 days up to 2 weeks minimum. Does not have to be "Resort Quality", just what a Beach House used to be like. Preferably in the Grayton/Dune Allen areas of 30-A.
Please advise dates and rates. Pictures will be required at some point,

Not sure if you have found your beachfront rental yet, but here’s a suggestion if you are still looking.

I love SOWAL also, but if you would like to try something different, we have a beachfront home in Panama City Beach, 3BR/2BA. It is an older home, but remodeled last spring, new furniture, new carpet and is located in a quiet area off Thomas Drive.

A 10-day rental is available 9/3-9/15, or two-week slots are available Sept. 30 on through anytime in the month of October.

Although you said no condos, my place, Key Largo, is one of only 3 units in the gulf front Emerald Surf Villas located in Seagrove Beach. Only one other unit rents and it is a very relaxing area and has a pool. It has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths and is available for two weeks+ starting on Sept. 17th for $1800/week.
