My gulf front unit, Key Largo, in Emerald Surf Villas located in Seagrove Beach is currently available for that entire time frame although I do have several parties considering renting it during differents parts of that period. Check it out at http://www.vrbo.com/43365. Even though this is probably a bigger unit that you require, I do allow pets to long term renters and will give you quite a discount on a long-term rental.
