What is the word on Joe buying Shark's Tooth? Will Camp Creek folks get to play Shark's Tooth and will Shark's Tooth folks get to play Camp Creek.? Or......does everybody get scr......ed.

As is usual, we still do not know. But, we continue to pay our CC dues.

We are members at Sharks Tooth and have heard nothing other than the brief letter we received a couple weeks ago. All it said was Joe bought the club and more info would follow.

The St. Joe Company Completes the Acquisition of Shark's Tooth Golf Course in Bay County, Florida

Camp Creek has been honored by Golf Week, the American Society of Landscape Architects and Travel + Leisure Golf, and most recently served as a regional qualifying venue for this year's U.S. Open at Oakmont.


"In addition, JOE's highly-innovative `Origins' course at WaterSound, with its six-hole Davis Love III layout, has earned extensive praise from golfers and golf writers. JOE's purchase of the Bay Point Marina earlier this year included access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course at the Bay Point resort," said Rummell. Word on the street around here is that JOE, along with Orvis, is also looking at creating a hunting lodge on the 3500 acres between the Industrial Park and WaterSound.
