greetings from vin,tij wine boutique
hello south waltonites
just want to take a moment and say an inaugural hello from john and todd
@ vintij! i've been reading the dining blogs and could'nt resist any longer
todd and myself have been working in restaurants in SoWal since the early 90's. b and a's, criollas, frangista, vin'tij wine boutique, soleil (defunct now) teach us to stray from walton county! any way i look forward to some lively discussion and if you have some time come in for a glass of wine and some local banter. until then....john

vintij boys John and Todd!
You know this business....it's so hard to get to another restaurant/wine bar for food and drink much less talk!
Just kidding....kind of!
Welcome to SoWal and look forward to hearing more about what's going on your way!

I love eating at Vin'tij!!! Good wine selection also!!!
I ate there 3 years ago for my birthday dinner. It was a wonderful steak and the service was some of the best that we have EVER had....

Re: greetings from vin,tij wine boutique
yo yo boys
great to have you in the SoWal hiz ouse.
by the way all you sowallers - john jacob cooks the best food on this beach and if you haven't been to vintij you need to go. todd and john do it right - price, atmosphere, service (hey paula-your the best), awesome wine selections with funky stuff and varietals by the glass that aren't served anywhere around here. they have had staff that have been with them since day one and that says it all right there.
rock on jj and todd.

Re: greetings from vin,tij wine boutique
Hello Everyone!
I'm a newbie here but I just had to pop in and say hello to the "peeps" at Vintij! I was there the other day for lunch and had the fish special. Spice roasted Mahi with poblano pepper grits. YUM! YUM! Every dish I have ever had there has been fantastic and I always feel like everyone is happy to see me when I come in. Your staff rocks! Even with all the new restaurants that have opened up in the area (chain city!) yours is by far my favorite. I missed your Thursday wine tasting last week but I hope to make it to your next one.
