Hi Moby!

Have you found a place yet. I lived in gulf Place 3 years. I also write so just make sure you check out how quiet the area is around where you might want to stay! Most of the time it's quiet, but other time can be loud and FUNN! Just depends on how much quiet you need.

Are you here in SRB now? I read that you have grandchildren...are they here or in Tenn? I'm a big Vols fan! when I wrote our first cookbook I lived on top the mountain in Sewannee....it was the perfect place to be so that I could focus!!!

Hi Moby,

I just wanted to let you know that Gulf Place is quite noisy right now... two of the condo buildings (yellow and green) are going through major renovations on the exterior. My understanding is that this could be the issue until spring of '08.

It's a shame, because it is really a great place to live! My current renter there is not a "happy camper" and will probably be looking elsewhere soon.
