Gorgeous Bay Front Open House this Saturday
I'm having an open house this Saturday 1/5 at 408 Walton Way in Miramar Beach from 10:00-4:00. I would love for all of you to come and join me.
This gorgeous Mediterranean estate has just been completed in July of 2007. It is truly one of the finest homes in the area with nothing being overlooked. Over 5,300 square feet of heated and cooled living space. It has over 8,000 square feet under beam and over 10,000 square feet including the screened in lanai! Sitting bay front on a 100’ x 500’ lot gives you the feel of being in your own private paradise. The entrance is guarded by a large stucco wall and iron gate. The landscaping is a beautiful mixture of natural foliage and palm trees.
A gorgeous wrought iron door invites you into the foyer where you are greeted by 26 foot ceilings and Brazilian Pecan hardwood floors. These breath-taking floors are featured throughout the entire home with exception of carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. The stonework throughout the kitchen is simply magnificent. Thermador commercial appliances give more than you could ever need to become your own chef, or have catered events. The entire master bath is done in cultured marble from the floor to the ceiling. The second floor and suite could be used as an in-law apartment if needed, and features a full kitchen and personal office with gorgeous stained coffered ceilings.
The incredible theatre room boasts a 108 inch screen with projector and full surround sound. An immense porch gives gorgeous sunset views across the bay! The home also includes it’s own dock with lift and lighting, and brand new sea wall. Gorgeous granite, marble, and travertine are throughout the home. Also featuring built in speakers throughout. This home has been finished with the finest treatments and nothing has been forgotten. This home was built as a local custom home builder’s personal retreat.

Re: Gorgeous Bay Front Open House this Saturday
It has 3 fireplaces and a heated pool if you'd like to take a dip. Or you can just sit in the steam room for a while if you get too cold.

How about I give a $100 gift card to everyone's favorite Sowal restaurant. Any votes on which restaurant?

How'd it go? How was the food spread? Did SHELLY make an appearance?

Re: Gorgeous Bay Front Open House this Saturday
I forgot about the thread, sorry. The spread? Don't you see me standing behind it? I had several people come through and all had positive things to say about the house. It will not be around much longer, I can tell you that.
My business has picked up much more over the past month. I've had contract offers on 2 of my properties, working on writing another up for a client, and in negotiation on a large property. Is the market making a turn?

Shelly,
So you are the one that left the crumbs all over my kitchen floor. I made Josh help me clean the kitchen before he left as some people do not pick up after themselves. I quess your the one also who drank my 3 bottles of Dom Perignon Vintage. I expect a contract offer soon!

Good point! Make that 6 cases. I'll also take any extra change you might have. It has to already be rolled though.

It might fly if you use mylar vs. latex balloons and have some bikini-clad babes lounging around the heated pool.
