Long Term Rental Available
I have several properties available in the Sandestin Area and the Resort.
I have 1bedroom to 4 bedrooms available for long term rental. Rates are from $1000 to $5000 depending on unit. Below is a small sample of available rentals.

In need of long term rental
I'm single professional female seeking an unfurnished 1bd/1ba or 2bd/2ba anywhere between Seagrove and west end of PCB. Can pay up to $600 excluding utilites. I do not smoke, do drugs or have pets. Dont care for carpet so not opposed to older cottage without and that may need a little tlc. Estimated move prior to Oct 31, 2009.

Hi Vicki: I think we have talked before. I thought I had a place, but the renter decided the stay. I am now starting all over again looking for a long term rental for March. Relocating from New Orleans and have small pets. I wanted to see what you have. I need a one or two bdrm. Interested in a couple of your posts such as the POint of View for $950 or 1 bdrm unfurnished in Sandestin. I am open to other options. Just on a budget and not sure what the rent is on the others. Need a house rental, 3-4 bedrooms
