Best Gulf Front Buy?

Ok ... we have some clients looking for the best Gulf Front deal out there? It can be a fixer-upper just needs to be gulf front. Let us know what you've got and why you think it's the best gulf front buy?

Can this be construed to be the beginning of an uptick in the housing market?

You didn't ask me, but I think that there are some out there that think the bottom is here, have some money, etc.

The real up turn won't happen until this presidential election thing is over and people get comfortable with whoever gets elected, probably a year from now.

I really like the lot on Majestic circle. Comes with House plans. Nice large lot with great price!

We seem to be close to something. The deals are really hard to put to the closing table but the natives are restless! Too busy to post much!

I have seen some really low Gulf front sales prices in the last month. One lot sold for $1.1 million, and I recall a home selling at $1.8 million. I'm sure there are some deals to be taken.

We checked out the lot in MLS ... wish there were photos .... but perhaps we can drive by later in the week and and check it out for ourselves ....

Update:

Prospective buyers are coming into town this week.
Here is what they are looking for again along with a few more details:

Gulf-Front, probably condo unless it's an exceptional deal
Size does not matter
Good income producer / excellent vacation rental history
Can be fixer upper
Prefer under $1 million

Again, they are investors, so obviously they are looking for the best gulf front deal out there. If anyone has any properties to share that meet the criteria, we will be happy to run them by our clients to see if they have an interest.
