how much deposit?
it says as low as $1200, is that for a 1 or 2 bedroom?
if for a 1, how much is a 2 bedroom?
what type of process is there for approval?
and approximately how long of a walk to the beach?

Directions: Traveling east on Scenic Hwy 30A from hwy 395, these units are on the north side of road, just past "Old Florida Fish House" sign.
