Staged the house with all new furniture & they bought it...the house! But now we have some great NEW furniture to sell. Everything is NEW with the exception of the dishes and one mattress used less than a month. The furniture is available as follows with a few photos below:

$600 Dining room table and 6 chairs-black (this was shipped to us in January and the company is sending a new table top to replace the slight damage on this one. It will be sent directly to the new owner.)

Thanks to everyone for helping "clean house." I appreciate all the kind words and know that all the bargains went to great homes. This is definitely the best forum for selling things locally.
