Ceiling leak(s) repair person

We are having an issue with occasional recurring leeks in our second floor master bedroom ceiling. Can anyone suggest someone that might be able to pinpoint/fix the problem?

We've had the same problem in our house in Seacrest. . .except it's the first floor bedroom that happens to be below the second and third floor balconies. We done many things to try and fix it. . . but every time there is a torrential downpour, we end up in trouble again.

Call Mike Gregg @ 850-598-0777. He is my step father and is a local builder. He has been chasing leaks around for over 25 years locally. Sometimes they are really hard to find. The leak came be coming from a place you never would think of. Think like water... Good luck!

Sounds like a flashing issue. In Florida water can go against gravity Give Mike a Call. He has done many of these.

You should get this fixed ASAP or you will end up with a nightmare mold problem! Don't put it off another second.
