    Need 1 BR LTR for LT local!

    Hi,

    A friend of mine needs a long term rental for May 1st. One bedroom, mother-in-law suite or something similar. He has lived on 30-A for 14 years and is super handy with yard work or general maintenance too.

    PM with anything in the 30-A area, including Point Washington, etc.
