    Looking For Long Term Rental

    Selling our house! Long time locals need a rental for a family of three. Prefer unfurnished 2-3 bedrooms in the 30A or Point Washington areas...$1500-$2000.

    Scroll down in the Rental Forum for local homes by SantaRosaRental for new homes. Pretty good deals out there. You should be able to get a lot of home for the money you suggest. Rates have been dropping as the market is flooded with homes for rent because they can't sell them.
