They are discussing settlement offers in regards to those lawsuits. It will not be open to the public.

Camping on the Gulf is a Bert Harris Act complaint. I think they denied a legal use of the property and are being sued over potential loss of value and future income. Never heard if the whole thing went to a full hearing. Rumor was CM had it pulled at the meeting it was suppose to show up on and the next thing I heard was the lawsuit.
