Hibiscus Cafe Update!

I wanted to give everybody the exciting news. Andy has been offered a position in Alys Beach to assist Chef Olivier Gaupin there at the poolside dining "Caliza". It is a very good opportunity for him and we have encouraged him to go and take advantage of this offer.

You all know how close Andy and I are...I will miss him terribly but am thrilled that he has this chance to grow. I am soooo happy he is not moving far away and will still be at our house for family time!

He is at Disney on vacation now and will be back to work here next Wednesday and will continue to work for a few more weeks before going to Caliza.

Everyone be sure to stop by and wish him well and THEN go to Caliza and support him there.....you know we will be there!
