My Insurance Guru (as ya'll know him on SoWal) has been a great help with our homeowners policies on our residential property.....however....I need help on commercial mixed village use property and he does not handle that product.

We have a commercial mixed village use building (commercial on the bottom floor and residential on the top) in Seagrove on 30-A and need a better rate if possible. Is there anyone out there that can help or knows an agent that can help?
