Will trade 8 contiguous lots ( 9 acres total ) just north of Atlanta up Ga. 400 for SoWal or Destin area house or condo. Will trade up or down from my approx.
$350K equity. Lots are huge harwoods and creeks in subdivision of $300K plus homes.

Would a mod please delete that statement? I wrote it after a spammer posted in this thread. Someone then deleted all of their posts. This was not directed towards anyone in this thread.
