Anyone driving along 98 in Bay County...watch out. The FHP is out in full force, writing their end-of-the-month quota of tickets

Another way to get some much needed revenue I guess

I don't think they have a quota. They pretty much let them write as many as they want.

I have never been issued an actual ticket by the Highway folks. I have had a couple of warnings. They were always pleasant to deal with them. I almost felt like I owed them some money (rather than just the warning again) to help out with revenue the third time I was stopped.

Maybe not a limit, but I think they do try to write "x" number per month.

Well, he didn't feel so generous towards me this afternoon!
