Where do we get the best massage?
We are loving our trip to Seagrove. The beaches are beautiful and the area charming.
Three of us would like to have a massage before we leave. Any recommendations?
thanks.

Thanks so much Joe! I think we will try and get an appointment. This website and all of the locals are so helpful.
Off for a morning walk.

We are booked in the morning. It looks great; we are not the foo foo spa type girls. Just give us a great massage we are happy. One of our group is an N.D. , but his massage hands are on vacation.

Love this site. Where should my laid back husband and I go for a reasonable dinner with music? We are leaving the kids behind tonight. We are not the Watercolor type, if that helps with the suggestion. P.s. Not the panama city type either.
If that makes sense.

Not sure what you mean by "reasonable," but Borago, on 30A near Grayton,is a good choice, as are several other non-fru-fruiy restaurants. Stinky's Fish House on the west end of 30A gets lots of rave revues, as does Bud and Alley's. Cafe Tango for a more quiet romantic evening, or if you want to find a mostly local crowd with good burgers and beer, and live music, head over to Salty Dog Saloon, also on 30A, next to Cafe Tango. I think Duke and Kyle start playing around 9pm (they play a wide variety of music, much of which they or their friends wrote. Both have played on stage with some major performers on numerous occasions). If you are up for the best BBQ in town, head over to another local favorite, located on Hwy 98, maybe one mile west of Hwy 393, to Jambone's -- Very casual atmosphere, the best cue, plus other foods, and a wide selection of beer and TVs.
Maybe I will see you at one of the aforementioned places tonight! I will definitely be at one.

Don't forget about the infamous Red Bar if you don't mind crowds. Their jazz band is locally famous and so is their paneed chicken. Reasonable is a very relative word. Everyone told me that Hawaii was expensive in regards to dining, but unfortunately I wasn't shocked when I got there.
SJ gave some great choices though.

thank you, thank you. Grayt recommendations- we did the Red Bar last year and loved!! the band- that is where hubby wants to go. I want to try something different. Thanks for the reminder about the cash!!
We went on a fantastic bike ride today, from Sugar Beach almost to Deer lake. I am going back to Eastern lake Nursery! Very cute store and grayt plants.
Fish from Goat Feathers for dinner tomorrow!!!
Salty Dog sounds like fun - maybe there, maybe not...
David - you are right - reasonable is relative!Last edited by gratefulmama329; 07-31-2008 at 02:22 PM.
