Hi. My name is Teresa Mansell, and due to popular demand from my residential mortgage clients, I have opened my own business called By The Beach Concierge. I offer many services to both our local and vacationing residents.

Here is a summary of those services.

Absentee Owner Property Check-ups:
Property check-ups are designed to protect the homeowners investment. While they are away, services can be customized to meet their individual needs with weekly or monthly check-ups.

Vacationing and Snowbird Services:
We fully stock the kitchen with favorite foods, snacks, wines and drinks. We also assist with surprising their loved ones with a fresh bouquet of flowers or a basket of beach toys.

Executive Services:
Imagine having a personal assistant always within reach. By The Beach Concierge can assist with professional needs. We can help with that special project or provide administrative services just a couple of hours a week.

VRBO Full Service Concierge:
Many VRBO homeowners need to increase their rental activity, but have little to no time to invest? We can assist. From developing the VRBO website on their behalf, to taking all the phone calls . . . Our goal is to increase their potential earnings for their Emerald Coast investment.
