    Long-Term Rental for Relocating Family

My family (husband & two young girls) are relocating to the area from Raleigh, NC and looking for a long-term rental house in the area (available in October or November) to rent for 12 months. We need at least 1,800 SF and no more than $1,800 per month.

I have a 3-bed 3 1/2 bath Bungalo (2-story home) in Sandestin, less than 3 years old and 10 steps from the community pool! Would consider for $1800 for the right family :-)

3/2.5 two story home in Santa Rosa Beach

Hi Amy. Our 3 yr. old home by the bay (near Hwy 331 bridge over to Freeport)will be available in October. It is 3200 sq ft - including screened porches and garage; 2000 feet heat/cooled. Incl: big screen plasma tv, stereo, washer/dryer, gas cooktop and fireplace. We may be able to strike a lease/purchase deal for you if interested where part of the rent goes toward purchase. Write me and I'll email you some photos. We would like $1,400 (including water), and you take care of other utilities (electric runs about $75, cable $50, phone $?) Lease option could be a lower rental figure?? Thanks. kevin.witt@mchsi.com

Why ya bangin' your head. You just got a ticket to paradise. You will have no problem finding a great place for this kind of money or less.
