Puppy dog found on Lakewood Dr.

Thanksgiving evening a lady came over to my friends with a shihtzu doggie that she almost hit with her car. Long, long story short we have located the owners name but can not reach them. The owners name is Lee DeBeauchamp and the dog's name is Charlie. Charlie is being very well cared for by friends but we need to locate the owners. Does anyone know this person???

The name sounded familiar to me. I found it on a seawall thread. Here's the address that was on there:

I get the impression the house is on Eastern Lake and apparently has (or had) a seawall.
