Long term rental: Gulf view dream beach house in blue mt beach
Hey all, we are needing to find long term renters for our big Blue Mt. Beach house (south of 30A). Great rental house for a large family. Four bedrooms, 4 baths with a mother-in-law/guest suite on the first floor. Tons of extras: pool, workshop, undercover parking, central vacuum system, dumbwaiter, huge porches, built in dog door and more. The house is approx. 3000 sq ft. and 3 stories with the master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. There is even a gulf view from the master shower! His and her walk-in closets and tons and tons of under the eave storage.
The house is approximately a 1-minute walk from the beach access!
Asking $2500 per month, pets allowed (prefer dogs) with a non refundable pet deposit of $250. Tenant pays all utilities except pool maintenance which I will pay. There is already a high-def DISH satellite system in the house (with surround sound and outdoor speakers) and we will consider leaving the big tv in the living room since it's already set up to run with the entire stereo system.
The house is currently available for sale but we will remove it from the market once it is rented.

Feel free to email me with any questions!
Thanks!

could move in April 26th
We are very serious about moving ASAP but would need to get the rent down to around 2100. Please let me know if this is possible. The tenants would be a young 30 something couple that do not smoke and have an outdoor cat and two 30 year old professional males. Please send details and pictures if they are available . Thank you so much.
