Workshop Cost $20 (Pre-registration) or $25 at the door
The ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep Yogic Sleep where you experience extreme relaxation while residing in a state free of thoughts and emotions. Knowledge and direct experience of this state allows you to exert control over how thoughts and emotions begin to arise and effect your everyday life. Additionally, Yoga Nidra can provide you with:
• release from stress,
• increased clarity/control over the decisions you make
• enhancement of your overall sense of well-being
• relief from sleepless nights
The workshop will teach you the basic principles of Yoga Nidra by taking you step by step through the techniques essential in directing you to this blissful state. Upon completion of this workshop you will be able to revisit and apply this incredible state of consciousness to positively impact your life.
You will be guided through the workshop in a casual, light hearted-environment, so do not let a lack of experience with Yoga or meditation stop you from attending.

I was telling Phillip earlier today, that Yoga Nidra is one practice which has enabled me to find that deep state of relaxation, especially when my mind races with a million thoughts. I highly recommend this workshop. We are very fortunate to have some incredible people in our area, like Swami J, to help educate us on some deep levels which we may have not experienced otherwise.

I know it sounds like a sales pitch, but it really is one of the most useful practices I have found. I offer the workshop because it is a very practical and easy way to bring enjoyment into your life.....If you are looking to relieve stress, then this is a very beneficial practice--especially if you need help sleeping.....If you are looking to deepen other practices such as meditation, then this is also very effective......As usual, thanks for the kind words SJ...
