We have a 2 bedroom, one bath home w/a fenced back yard that needs a renter.
We are only asking $750 a month plus utilities b/c the home is currently up for sale ($314,000 if you're interested).
We would give a minimum of a 30 day notice and would try to negotiate a 60 day notice with any potential buyer.
Of course, anyone who buys the home might want to keep it rented.

It is unfurnished and is located at the west end of PCB, just past the Wild Heron sales center (approximately 15 minutes from Seaside).
