    Cuvee Beach Closing?

Heard today from two different people that Cuvee Beach is closed for good. I called tonight and no one answered the phones, maybe its true?

Do these people own the business or work there in a management position? Have they been recently laid off from Cuvee beach? The website is still up and taking reservations.

I read in the Sun some time ago that they were closing...but consider the source.
SoWal.com's Live Music Calendar is a great one-stop source for live local music info.

Probably the article you're thinking about was when it was auctioned off back in April for $1.75M--but remained opened. http://www.roebuckauctions.com/past_....php?ID=379973

I think this is a new rumor about it closing completely (of which I have no confirmation).
But hey...Top Ramen tastes a whole lot better when you eat it off of a Granite Countertop. (Mr & Mrs Too Much Homebuyer)

Cuvee Beach is offically closed until early spring. Like many area restauants, the downturn in the economy and the in the restaurant business has made staying open in the winter very difficult. But the new owners, Joe Marcello and Joe Segretto, as well as manager Ernie Danjean, have great plans for the new season. A revised menu and the great bar everyone loves (especially Thursday Ladies Night) will be back! Can't wait til Spring!

...I'd recommend they post this announcement on their website--there's no indication that they're closed for the winter at all.
