I need a roomie! Utilities Included!

My roommate of the last year and a half is getting married... so I need a new roomie!

$750; includes all utilities except cable/internet which is an additional $33 a month. AMAZING DEAL! You'd have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the house is entirely furnished and includes a guest bedroom which is used on a first come/first serve basis.

NO CATS! Sorry, but I'm very allergic...

You may get more replies to your liking if you relisted it as looking for a roomie. Looking at the rental thread, you will see several folks looking for just a room. Some may see your heading as the whole place rather than a split.

I need a roomie! After a year and a half with my current roommate- she's getting married! Great for them, not so good for me ;)

Amazing house in Point Washington to share with 28/F/professional! Come share this 4 bed/3.5 bath house with me! You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the house. Perfect roommate floor plan. The pet deposit is already paid- so a dog is OK as long as decently trained and won't eat my stuff. The house is totally furnished minus your room- but it can be furnished if you'd like. We also have a spare bedroom for guests and beautiful porches that go around most of the house. I also like to bake a lot and you might like being the taste tester ;) My roommate is getting married this weekend so I need someone ASAP!

I am interested in relocating from New Orleans. Having a hard time finding something nice that I can afford. Your house looks pretty nice. I do have a six lb. chihuaha everyone loves and 3 cats that are declawed. Don't know how you feel about that. I have just returned to N.O. after staying in Magnolia Cottages for 30 days. I just love the area and the peace and quiet. I am single and 52. I am not an old lady, very young for my age. There is too much stress for me here and I am anxious to relocate. I will be coming back to look at some places, but just started thinking about possibly a rommate would be a good idea if the place is big enough. I really don't know many people there so that might also help me having a roomate. Let me know what you think. I have my own home here and an apt. I rent out so I am very respectful of people's property. I will be either selling or renting my home depending upon the market here. I look forward to hearing from you. Bye the way, my dog does not chew on anything except his bones unless he can get ahold of a water bottle cap. He loves to chew on those things for some reason. I don't let him though. I am very interested.
