Maintenance Technician

Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida’s premiere Gulf front community, is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician. Applicants must posses at least 2 years of extensive general maintenance experience. Working knowledge of appliance repair; competencies in electric, plumbing and HVAC repairs; ability to repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry and remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
