On Wednesday, February 11, Lucas will teach the basics of acrylics, including creating a color wheel, mixing complementary colors, mixing on a palette, creating depth and painting a still life.
The final class on Friday, February 13 will offer students a chance to paint with non-traditional tools like plastic wrap and kitchen utensils, find subject matter in abstract beginnings, practice conceptual paintings, and learn pouring and splattering.
