Room available for rent in nice house, between Grayton and Blue Mountain. It�s a four bedroom house with two of us already living in it. I�m a traveling professional and my roommate works in the restaurant industry. We are both in our mid 20s. Both rooms are currently unfurnished but I plan to furnish them soon. I can work with you if you have furniture or if you want your room furnished a certain way. $700 a month includes all utilities. It�s a very nice house for the price.
