need washer/dryer for son's new home in SoWal

Does anyone know of someone having a "like new" washer/dryer, in the SOWAL area?

My two sons are moving in to a new place this weekend and are needing a set, quickly! They'll need a number of things, actually. First things first! When possible, I let others eat the depreciation!

I'm a deal finder and even located their new place and it's perfect for them!

ALWAYS A MOTHER, NO MATTER WHAT THE AGE!

No W/D here, but are you going to tell us what you are up to? Other than locating appliances?

Perhaps you could post in the other threads about looking for a home, that you found a home, so that we don't keep looking. Thanks.

Gotcha Kurt, re:the bold tags. Though, I'm still trying to figure this posting thing. But I'm curious, what difference does it make, if someone occasionally uses caps? I'm not being smart, I'm really serious.

IT IS CONSIDERED YELLING and can be very annoying to read if someone types their entire post that way.

Hey SS, so kind of you to ask! Russ & Blake now have the perfect home in SOWAL, still need w/d and few misc. household items. Let me know if you know of anything! My sister died unexpectedly last October, so I'm here in North AL with my mother, till late spring. She was only 2 yrs. older, at 50. Needless to say, it was very tough on all of us, especially my mother. Overall, we're doing OK. But, I'm really missing SOWAL, sons and Blake's son, Jacob! Jacob's 19 mos. old and has my heart! He's even the reason why I left B'ham, to begin with! Anyway, I was and still am recovering from an accident, with a herniated disc, in low back. I don't take being down well, at all! Before coming North, I was very anxious to reenter the Real Estate Market, after 19 yrs.! I'm getting preparred up here, for my endeavor! I'm most interested in making improvements and staging properties, to better chance of a quick sale. Eventually, I want to be an Investor and "Flip" Real Estate. Enough about me, I hope you're well and I'd love to hear from ya!

John R, as you can see, this posting wasn't all caps. Though I am sorry if someone could be so sensitive, that a "proud mother" offended them. Not surprised, that the complaint didn't come from a woman, though.

You're not in the Twilight Zone, I must've misunderstood your posting. I thought that you'd recognized me from past postings and were "asking" about my life. I appologize!

Oh...I was asking!!! I felt like I kept reading the same post over and over on new threads! I have been under the weather and my mind is fuzzy! Glad to hear things are going well for you.
