    We are a family of 5 and have vacationed on the panhandle between Destin in the '80' & 90's to Rosemary and Alys for the last 5 plus years. We are planning our next trip in June. Alys beach will be our destination. Does anyone know if the properties are solely rented by Alys beach? We are hoping to contact some owners directly.

    I believe that they are all managed by Alys Beach.

    Just wondering, is your goal to get a better rate or something else?
