Spring Fling - Downtown DeFuniak, May 2, 10 am to 3 pm
Come on up to DeFuniak Springs for "Spring Fling" on Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and enjoy food, music, fun and shopping.
While you are up in DeFuniak, stop by the Walton County Heritage Museum on the circle. We've got copies of the new "The History of Walton County" for sale. You can view it or a dvd on the historic houses around the lake while you rest between shopping and eating. (The museum is open 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.) I plan on being there.
The Downtown Spring Fling is sponsored by the DeFuniak Springs Business and Professional Association. I understand they are closing off a few streets around Bladwin Ave. for this event.
Hope to see you enjoying the historic community of DeFuniak Springs.
