So ya can't call Jambones and speak to a manager...seriously?

Ok,I just tried to call Jambones to ask a question to the manager or someone in charge. I apparently got the new carry-out number, it was the only one that was returned on my google search. After a painfully long message I got a female that asked to take my order. I told her that I didn't have an order but I did want to speak to the manager or someone in charge. She told me that was the carry-out line. I asked for an alternate number and she advised that there wasn't another number. I said "so, if I want to talk to a manager I have to physically come down there?" And she said "yes".It doesn't make much since.BTW I wasn't calling to complain either...Oh, well...

Prior to offering delivery service Jambone's didn't have a phone number.

You could always write a letter. Jambone is conveniently located next to a post office.

I love the food at Jambones, and I've always received good service, but I noticed their turn-over rate for employees was high. A waitress friend told me that they have a hard time keeping good wait staff because of the "order at the register" set up. People don't leave great tips when they aren't getting the FULL wait service experience, which makes it difficult for the wait staff to make money. Makes sense. Why order at the register at all? At the Jambone price point, people aren't really expecting to order at the register. And, it doesn't speed things up and actually hampers anyone wanting a take-out order.

They don't seem to have any higher turn over rate than most restaurants in the area, most of the employees I've seen have been around for a while or from the beginning.

Nope..........another really good bartender quit....and it seems all new faces behind the bar. Still....a great place for food and drinks. Love the Sunday brunch....heck....I like everything I've had there. The wait in line thing is a hassle....that's why I go to the bar.....
