Very good stuff at Seagrove Coyote

Hubby and I had lunch at the Seagrove Coyote at the Grand Isle today. We tried some salsa's last week and decided when we were getting more desperate for Mexican that we'd return (2 weeks is a long time for a Texan to go without Mexican food).

I had chicken taco's, juicy and tasty; served with tortilla chips, rice and black beans. Hubby had the big beef burrito (rice and beans inside) with tortilla chips. They had 4 red salsa's, a green salsa, and 3 cream sauces on their salsa bar.

It wasn't the big greasy plate of enchiladas that I'm planning to eat when I get home but it hit the spot! The folks there were really nice and helpful.
