    The volunteers from Alligator Point Sea Turtle Patrol have captured on video both a loggerhead and a Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle nesting this month. Alligator Point is east of Apalachicola. To view video CLICK HERE

    I thought Alligator Point was near the bridge as you leave Destin. Couldn't imagine a turtle nesting there.

    There is another Alligator Point in South Walton on the Bay side, so I was a bit confused for a second.

    It threw me for a loop for a second, then I remembered there are more nestings east of us over that way near Carrabelle, and Cape San Blas.
