I am seeking a nice furnished condominium to live in on a month-to-month basis in Destin or the western Santa Rosa Beach, preferably somewhere like The Palms or one of the other mid to high rise condominium properties in midtown or along Scenic 98.

I'm not interested in Gulf Terrace, Indian Lakes, or anything east of Blue Mountain Beach. It would just be me and occassionally my children. I'm a white collar executive and would care for the place. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I can pay up front.

My plans are uncertain because I may/may not work things out with my wife.

I'm a longtime local so yes, I know it is hard it is to find something in July. In consideration for this, I can pay a small premium for the right place.
