    Room for rent in awesome house!

    I am a single 34 professional designer with a dog looking to share my house with someone. I have a great furnished large two bedroom house. You would have your own furnished room(or i could remove the furniture) with bed, dresser and tv and a private bath. Have a great porch and neighbors. I live in Pt.Washington on the bay.     i am looking for a place to live close to 30A. I have a toy poodle. what type of dog do you have? where is your house located?
