Very responsible couple looking for long term rental in the 30A area within walking distance of the beach. Need minimum of 3 bedroom 3 bath home in very good condition. No condos. We have a 5 year old German Shepherd dog well behaved inside of home. We travel a lot so there will be minimum wear and tear on the property. Looking for lease from 9/1/09 (or thereabouts) until 8/31/10. Planning to buy next year but want to try out the area for a year first to be sure.
