Roommate needed ASAP in 1600 Sq. Ft. House!

Hey everyone!

25 year old male looking for a roommate asap as I am going through a break up and my girlfriend is moving out.
The house is located down Hewitt Road- Right by The Love Shack restaurant.
The rent is going to be $550 per month and that includes utilities. 1st Month rent + $200 security deposit due upon move in. Rent is due the 1st of the month. If you moved in after the first- rent will be prorated. No contract required-month to month.

House is 1600 sq feet. 2 stories. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Carpet upstairs, tile downstairs. Stainless steel appliances. 1 car garage. Driveway (you will be able to park in driveway everyday). A 3 minute drive to 30A and a 1 minute drive to 3 bay access points.
Your bedroom is 11x17 feet and has a nice size closet. You get your own full bathroom. House is going to be pretty empty- so all of your furniture is welcome. I will be able to help you move also.

I'm a pretty clean guy and mostly quiet. I have two great dogs- weimaraner and jack russell. Roommate should be comfortable letting dogs out if needed! Email me with any questions!
