    Point Washington PRE CONSTRUCTION

    Point Washington is HOT! I have 2 lots that have been cleared and have begun building (2) 1600 s.f. 3 bd / 2ba homes with many UPGRADES. Both homes will be complete before end of summer.     I saw a 2br in that neighborhood listed the other day for $500k !!!

    Prices are rising fast in the Point just like on the beach.

    3br, 1640 sf in the Point listed today for $689,000. It is on 1 acre and has a pool - still - WOW WOW

    Where is the Point Wash home that just listed for over $650 that is only 1600 s.f.?
