I am responding to your request for a long term rental. We are moving to Austin, TX on the first of October and were just about to advertise our home for rent. It is 4Br 3 full bath 2 story with a 2 car garage, fenced in backyard and large deck. We are 1 block from the bay and 2.5 miles from the gulf. Our home is on Churchill Bayou Road...one mile north of US 98 and Hwy 393....close to the new Publix and Ed Walline beach access and bike trail. We are looking for someone who would want a 9-12 month lease.
